What's the HAPS?

Mellow Neptune Waters embodies who I am as a human and spirit being. Four of the major components that I highlight on my website are aspects of my upbringing, studies, interests + inherent skills: "The Neptune": Spirituality "The Mel(low)phile": Music "The (wo)Mental": Mental Health "The Aesthetic": Fashion + Art SPIRITUALITY to me is the cornerstone of existence. It's this brilliant connection between multiple realms, like astrology, the etheric, divinity, science (yes--they are so incredibly integrated), earthly tangible understanding + purpose. MUSIC is an undeniable frequency that communicates on a cellular level & has the ability to shift an environment + one's disposition. MENTAL HEALTH is less of a taboo now & I believe it's imperative NOW more than ever that all facets of mental health (ideations, psychosis, anxiety, etc.) are explored on a deep dive. FASHION and ART of many mediums express *identity*, whether inherited or created. Who do YOU say you are and how do you choose to show up in the world: neither good nor bad, right or wrong? My desire is to remind US of how dope we are, inspire us to tune into US daily + have the courage of autonomy over our well-being, even in the mundane. The world's CRAVING it!
